My experience was very good especially because of Zane. He communicated well and got me a loaner car which was great since I have school and work. Some unforeseen repairs came up and he made sure to let me know. Zane was really sweet! When I dropped off the loaner he carried my bags inside the dealership and to my car. His customer service is amazing. If I could work with him every time I would.

Still having transmission problems. Poor service.

After dealing with the issue for a week with no loaner I called chevy customer care. After they got me a loaner never heard from a service advisor again. You had my car for 6 months.

I'm still not sure if the issue is fixed since this is my second time bringing the vehicle in for the same issue.

Oil change was fine. I asked service to check the transmission fluid and no one in service said anything to me if it was checked or not. The receipt indicated tire rotation when i said no tire change. At check out the service person said nothing to me other than my car was ready. When checking in i indicated i had a $10.00 coupon off service and the service manager indicated it would be taken car of the bill, yet on the receipt no discount . I bought my corvette and Tahoe at Columbia and i expected better communication.

Purchase took a long time. Realized I didn't get what I needed but I couldn't change the next day. Should have been made to take a test drive before purchase. Salesperson Drake was very attentive. Too late I realized I could have got more sales incentive at other dealerships. Automobile prices are too high! Interest rates are too high. Even with over 800 credit report my interest rate was over 8%. That should have been brought to my attention!

Had a 10:00am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Everything was finished and I was on my way before 11:00 am. Very satisfied and my car was washed.

So friendly from the moment I drove up to the moment I left! Greeted me quickly and got me checked in. Reviewed maintenance tasks to perform, including additional troubleshooting on a speaker. I received a call to update me on my car being done except for an additional part that needed ordered for the speaker repair. Service Rep (Phil, I believe) was transparent that the part would be in in 2-3 days and would only take 45 minutes to install. When I went to check out, I showed a coupon and they quickly revised my invoice and got me on my way. The car was waiting right at the door for me. I drive about an hour to get my car serviced at Columbia because they are friendly, easy to work with, and trustworthy!

I went in for an oil change. The service was professional and swift. It took around 30 mins.

Every aspect of the service was done promptly and just as I requested. The Service Technician named Noah was friendly and thoroughly explained what he found while servicing my 2018 Cruz.

Good job, but m.y umbrella which was on front seat of my car was missing?

I received the service that I expected. When I got home, I turned my car off and activated the anti- theft via key-fob. I returned to my vehicle and couldn't enter. The key-fob, nor key would open the door. Roadside assistance was dispatched and was able to get me inside. I started my vehicle. Roadside assistance informed me that the anti-theft system had reset itself. I find this to be very bizarre. I hadn't had any issues prior to that day.

Spent $500 to get check engine light diagnosed and fixed. Drove off the lot and immediately the check engine light came back on. Took it back in and waited 2 hours just to be told the same thing. Then I was not offered any kind of refund, asked to speak to manager (Randy) and was told he would call me to discuss refund, and I still haven’t heard back. My car is in no better shape and I’m out $500, so I believe at least a partial refund is warranted here and should’ve been proactively offered. Now I’m trying to trace it down myself. A simple refund here would make me feel better about this situation, likely make me continue to get serviced here, and possibly purchase my next Chevy here. But at the moment I have a very bad taste in my mouth. Please have Randy call me.

Everything was very smooth, salesman was knowledgeable and professional. My only suggestion would be to have the crew that cleans up the vehicle to be a little faster. We had to wait a few hours to be able to leave with the vehicle.

A lot of extra effort! Your Service Mgr worked on identifying my cars problems for several hours before coming up with a solution and fixing it.

You guys are too expensive. $600 to replace a Hvac blower motor. Charged $165 for a troubleshooting fee which I said it's was not working.

The initial appointment when we chose and ordered our car went well. The car we selected was in transit so we had to make an appointment to go back and pick it up when I arrived. We spent four hours securing the lease on our 2026 equinox spending a couple of hours just sitting and waiting in a very warm showroom as the air conditioning is being repaired. We were not shown any of the new features on the equinox and did not know how to start the engine and shift gears. When it came to signing the final papers, it seemed to no one wanted to assist us. We have been loyal customers at Columbia Chevrolet for over 15 years and if leased and purchased many vehicles. We recommended it to our daughter, niece and my brother all of whom have purchased or leased cars on our recommendation. We truly miss Joe Becker as he always met our needs swiftly and competently. We were promised to follow up call one week later and never received one.

Columbia Chev changed the oil & rotated the tires and checked the car over. Runs like a new one!

Wish you would have not washed my car. When I picked it up it was covered with spots.

For the tenth time every psi of air was different in my tires. I told them to leave the air pressure alone. They were all 41. When I got in they were 39, 40,41 and 42!!!!!!!!!!!!! That’s every time for the $ or 8 vehicles I have bought there!!!!!?! Except once when they left the air alone.

Brought certified pre-owned Tahoe bought earlier this year given AC blowing hot air. Part was being ordered but never received communication until I finally called and apparently the part was in. Work was done but now two weeks later hot air blowing again from driver side AC so will need to bring it in as not sure that was the problem to begin with. Very frustrating

I had as usual agreat experience at thisdealership .Professional efficient employees took great care of me and my truck. I would like to mention an exemplary particular employee who has came to my rescue many times with much needed technical information in my wastime of need. this is the third time she has taken my phone calls when i needed help. this last time I was out of town and my infotainment system froze up. My camping experience was about to be ruined but again Danielle Car came to my rescue .1 call she did it all . Had the problem solved in minutes over the phone. Thank you columbia chev for hiring her!!

Columbia Chev has always treated me professionally, quickly,‘and friendly. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and have never had a complaint.

My car was filthy and the dealer had the car for over 2 weeks. Advisor indicated that there was no one available today to wash it but come back and I will wash it. Yet, the car was available to be washed for days. Parts took forever to get my part and when I dropped off the vehicle, I ask to be informed of the costs but they did not need May approval, but they delayed the work until I gave approval

Marcus did a great job showing me used cars and making sure he listened to what I was looking for, low mileage and younger. But when it came down to a sale he said that I could get a NEW car for not much more and then have a Warranty that covered everything. That made my decision so much easier. Thank you Marcus for your patience and showing me the Equinox that I am totally comfortable in.

I had particular specs for the new Silverado 1500. Joe Owens and Marcus Kurzhals worked diligently to locate and ship the vehicle to the Columbia Chevrolet dealership. I had an oil leak, they had to drop the oil pan. I also asked for an oil change. Since they had to drop the oil pan they would have had to replace the oil, so why did I get charged 200.00 for an oil change? It should have been taken care of when they dropped the oil pan.

The Service Department bent over backwards for me for scheduling past the normal online appointments. The technician was waiting at the desk as soon as I arrived, and routine maintenance was performed with a minimal amount of waiting.

I arrived at the dealership a bit early and they took me right away, I did say I needed to be out the door by 1:00 and I was promised it would be done. I spent the time talking with one of the salesmen standing in the showroom, I know and trust him_ I do understand that can be a contradiction in terms, but the fact is I trust this salesman. With in the hour as promised the service tech came out to get me and told me my truck was all done. Things I learned in talking with Michael, leads me to believe its possible another vehicle is likely in my future.

The service writer was very informative and efficient. My service was performed quickly and incorrectly. Have had bad experiences with other dealerships’ service departments, but I can always trust Columbia. Truly a top notch operation!

I had my vehicle in for an oil change and to correct the alignment. I paid for both, but the alignment is still off. I called in and left a message for the Service Manager but never heard back. I paid for the service assuming it was done. There was no communication after the service that they did not fix it, so I was surprised to find that as soon as I was on the interstate there was still a slight pull. I was informed by the service advisor that 80% of the process and cost was evaluating it, so I would have had to pay regardless, but to leave and it is not fixed and not a single word said to me about it is infuriating.

The service was good and professional but I had to wait too long. I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment at 10. The work was an oil change and tire rotation. I left Columbia at 11:35.

The service department is very clean. Maintenance is performed promptly. The only thing that should improve is the service manager AND the cashier asking the customer if we have discount coupons... I usually forget to submit mine.

I’m not sure about this, but since an EV doesn’t get an oil change, shouldn’t the fluid levels be checked and filled during a tire rotation service?

Working with Ian Marsh was wonderful. Wish your finance person was more personable and provided details of warranties in advance of closing the deal. No detailed information was provided to make an informed decision. Additionally, not willing to provide additional time to review detailed warranty information.
