Spent $500 to get check engine light diagnosed and fixed. Drove off the lot and immediately the check engine light came back on. Took it back in and waited 2 hours just to be told the same thing. Then I was not offered any kind of refund, asked to speak to manager (Randy) and was told he would call me to discuss refund, and I still haven’t heard back. My car is in no better shape and I’m out $500, so I believe at least a partial refund is warranted here and should’ve been proactively offered. Now I’m trying to trace it down myself. A simple refund here would make me feel better about this situation, likely make me continue to get serviced here, and possibly purchase my next Chevy here. But at the moment I have a very bad taste in my mouth. Please have Randy call me.

The initial appointment when we chose and ordered our car went well. The car we selected was in transit so we had to make an appointment to go back and pick it up when I arrived. We spent four hours securing the lease on our 2026 equinox spending a couple of hours just sitting and waiting in a very warm showroom as the air conditioning is being repaired. We were not shown any of the new features on the equinox and did not know how to start the engine and shift gears. When it came to signing the final papers, it seemed to no one wanted to assist us. We have been loyal customers at Columbia Chevrolet for over 15 years and if leased and purchased many vehicles. We recommended it to our daughter, niece and my brother all of whom have purchased or leased cars on our recommendation. We truly miss Joe Becker as he always met our needs swiftly and competently. We were promised to follow up call one week later and never received one.

Came in for an oil change and was told we needed a computer update that I was not aware of. Glad to get it all taken care of either way one visit.

Set up a appointment to have my 2018 Chev. Suburban service as we had a miss in the idling and other small issues that needed addressed. Randy in Service took great care of me and my vehicle. In doing there inspection of vehicle they found I had a motor mount that was broken. i was kept completely informed on progress of vehicle . The job was completed in a timely manner. For the tenth time every psi of air was different in my tires. I told them to leave the air pressure alone. They were all 41. When I got in they were 39, 40,41 and 42!!!!!!!!!!!!! That’s every time for the $ or 8 vehicles I have bought there!!!!!?! Except once when they left the air alone.

Brought my truck in for popping sound. The tech who brought me my truck I heard the same popping noise again. I told the tech and he denied it.

Brought certified pre-owned Tahoe bought earlier this year given AC blowing hot air. Part was being ordered but never received communication until I finally called and apparently the part was in. Work was done but now two weeks later hot air blowing again from driver side AC so will need to bring it in as not sure that was the problem to begin with. Very frustrating

My car was filthy and the dealer had the car for over 2 weeks. Advisor indicated that there was no one available today to wash it but come back and I will wash it. Yet, the car was available to be washed for days. Parts took forever to get my part and when I dropped off the vehicle, I ask to be informed of the costs but they did not need May approval, but they delayed the work until I gave approval

I had an oil leak, they had to drop the oil pan. I also asked for an oil change. Since they had to drop the oil pan they would have had to replace the oil, so why did I get charged 200.00 for an oil change? It should have been taken care of when they dropped the oil pan.

You guys are too expensive. $600 to replace a Hvac blower motor. Charged $165 for a troubleshooting fee which I said it's was not working.

I would like to mention an exemplary particular employee who has came to my rescue many times with much needed technical information in my wastime of need. this is the third time she has taken my phone calls when i needed help. this last time I was out of town and my infotainment system froze up. I arrived at the dealership a bit early and they took me right away, I did say I needed to be out the door by 1:00 and I was promised it would be done. I spent the time talking with one of the salesmen standing in the showroom, I know and trust him_ I do understand that can be a contradiction in terms, but the fact is I trust this salesman. With in the hour as promised the service tech came out to get me and told me my truck was all done. Things I learned in talking with Michael, leads me to believe its possible another vehicle is likely in my future.

And I still had the pleasure of paying $200...

I had transmission light come on in the afternoon and I was headed out on trip the next day to see my grand kids and ask to check what was wrong about hour before closing service checked the and was able to replace and reset a sensor and saved my trip to see my new grand child

I scheduled an oil change and mentioned when I arrived that I was hearing what sounded like a loose belt flopping around. The man I was working with explained that he could hear it and sometimes the belts stretch but it was probably nothing. He said someone would take a look at it during the oil change. I waited for over and hour (no big deal) and came out to check on the status, as the dealership has always been quick with oil changes. I was told that my car was ready and went to sign the paperwork. The paperwork was for someone else's car and he realized that my car had not even been taken back yet. I asked if I could get a rental car to run some errands as I had only planned to be there for about and hour. I was given a rental car, but about a mile away from the dealership, he called me to say there was a mix up and my car was actually ready. I picked up my car, but forgot to ask specifically about the belt. That weekend I still noticed the sound and on Monday the belt snapped. I was about a mile away from home and kept driving with the service lights and messaging coming on. I called the dealership and spoke to the same service tech. He said it was "weird" that it would snap and he's never seen anything like that. I was told my options were to drive it to the dealership or have it towed, but he couldn't tell me how much that would cost. My plan was to drive the next morning, however, I was too nervous given the messaging on the dashboard. Instead, I took it to Christian Brothers which is about 1/2 mile from my house the next morning. I was told there was a zero percent chance that Columbia Chevrolet looked at the belt the week prior because it was extremely worn and it would have been obvious that it needed immediate attention. I was also told that because I had driven it that my battery had been drained and needed to be replaced. I paid $1000 for a new belt and battery on an $80k Tahoe (that I also financed through GM) that is less than 3 years old because someone didn't do their job. I never received a call to check in from anyone at Columbia, even after not showing up early the next day with my car as we had discussed. Up to this point, I was extremely happy with my purchase and experience at Columbia Chevrolet, but this definitely ruined that for me. It was careless and sloppy and ended up costing me a great deal of time and money when it could have been a relatively inexpensive fix.

Columbia Chev has always treated me professionally, quickly,‘and friendly. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and have never had a complaint.

I had my vehicle in for an oil change and to correct the alignment. I paid for both, but the alignment is still off. I called in and left a message for the Service Manager but never heard back. I paid for the service assuming it was done. There was no communication after the service that they did not fix it, so I was surprised to find that as soon as I was on the interstate there was still a slight pull. I was informed by the service advisor that 80% of the process and cost was evaluating it, so I would have had to pay regardless, but to leave and it is not fixed and not a single word said to me about it is infuriating.

I’m not sure about this, but since an EV doesn’t get an oil change, shouldn’t the fluid levels be checked and filled during a tire rotation service?

Columbia has consistently and excellently taken care of my auto needs for more than 12 years. The staff is always helpful and friendly.

My experience with Corey Taylor and his sales team at Columbia Chevrolet was exceptional. I live in Naples, Florida and thought I had been offered a good deal on a 2026 Corvette 1LT by a local dealer. Because I have had so many positive experiences with their sister dealership owned by the same family, Camargo Cadillac and one previous experience with Columbia, I called Columbia just to see what kind of deal they give me on a similarly priced Corvette that I saw on their lot on the computer. What a wonderful surprise it was when Corey offered me a much better deal that was made even better when he said that they would deliver the car to me in Naples! I don’t know how customer service can get any better than that!!!

Bought my vehicle at another local Chevy dealer. Looking back I wished I didn’t. Columbia has done all my service since original purchase. Customer service and transparency are top on my list.

Tires weren't rotated with my complimentary CPO as service and I know this because my left back tire has a small leak and is now 3 psi lower than others.

Kevin was excellent as my service manager and I appreciated the way I didn’t feel pressured for an up sale of other items. The cashier LeeAnn was wonderful and when she asked me if I wanted to use some of my rewards points I was amazed that nobody ever mentioned that in the past. The service department is very clean. Maintenance is performed promptly. The only thing that should improve is the service manager AND the cashier asking the customer if we have discount coupons... I usually forget to submit mine.

Excellent communication and customer service!

Friendly employees but took almost 2 hours for oil change and routine inspection. Appreciated the updates I received while I waited

The waiting area was clean, my car was serviced promptly. My oil change took about 40 minutes in total. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Very great experience.
